How to Reconstitute &
Inject Peptides Safely

Gather Supplies

Before you open anything, lay out every item you need on a clean, flat surface.

Sanitize Everything

Contamination is the leading cause of injection-site reactions.

Draw BAC Water

Decide how much BAC water to add based on your target dose.

Add Water to Peptide Vial

Push the needle through the rubber stopper at a 45° angle and angle the tip so the stream of water runs down the inside glass wall — not directly onto the powder cake.

Let It Dissolve

Place the vial on your work surface and let gravity and time do the work.

Draw Your Dose

Invert the reconstituted vial, insert the needle through the stopper, and draw slightly more than your target dose.

Prepare Injection Site

Subcutaneous injection sites: lower abdomen (2 inches from navel), outer thigh, or upper glute.

Inject and Store

Insert the needle at 45–90° depending on your body composition (leaner = 45°).
